When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays

• Standard: Ships within 3 days, arriving 7-12 days after the order was placed.
• Expedited: Ships within 2 days, arriving 3-8 days after the order was placed.

• Standard: Ships within 3 days, arriving 5-12 days after the order was placed.
• Expedited: Ships within 2 days, arriving 3-8 days after the order was placed.

• We also offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $89.
• Shipping cost does not include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country.

All orders (except sale items) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days with proof.

Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return/exchange instructions.

All Sales Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
